Beach Breathwork at Oceanfront Park
Join us for an afternoon of breath, movement, and connection by the ocean at Oceanfront Park.
We’ll use guided breathwork and meditation to slow down, release built-up stress, reconnect with the body, and create space to simply be present.
With the sound of the waves, the ocean breeze, and the energy of the beach around us, this is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself a few hours to breathe and reset.
